Nature's caress for sensitive hide

About VÉLOISE™
VÉLOISE™ is more than an innovative fabric — it’s a new textile philosophy.
Crafted from non-food agricultural waste, our polylactic acid-based fiber delivers exceptional finesse, breathability, and hypoallergenic comfort — ideal for sensitive skin. Naturally antibacterial and anti-mite, VÉLOISE™ offers unrestricted softness with performance, proving that sustainable fashion can be both luxurious and kind.
Through NFC/RFID traceability and Blockchain-verified carbon tracking, every VÉLOISE™ fiber carries a transparent sustainability record — a true contract between innovation and nature.
Today, we invite fashion pioneers to join us in building a healthier, more circular future — where style meets responsibility, and elegance meets ethics.

Hypoallergenic

VÉLOISE™ polylactic acid fiber is naturally hypoallergenic, making it ideal for those with sensitive skin. Its molecular structure reduces the risk of allergic reactions, providing a safe and comfortable experience for daily wear, even in intimate apparel.

Breathable

The unique microstructure of VÉLOISE™ fibers allows for excellent air circulation and moisture permeability. This breathability helps regulate body temperature and keeps the skin dry, offering lasting freshness throughout the day.

Soft and Supple

VÉLOISE™ delivers an elegant softness with natural elasticity. The fabric drapes beautifully and adapts to movement without stiffness, creating a supple, fluid texture that enhances both comfort and style.

Gentle and Non-Irritating

Free from chemical irritants and harsh finishes, VÉLOISE™ provides a gentle touch to the skin. It minimizes friction and discomfort, making it suitable for prolonged wear and especially friendly to children and those with reactive skin.

Antibacterial

Thanks to its biopolymer composition, VÉLOISE™ inherently resists bacterial growth. This antibacterial property helps maintain hygiene, reduces odor, and supports a cleaner, healthier wearing environment without the need for added chemical treatments.

Anti-mite

VÉLOISE™ is naturally resistant to dust mites, providing added protection for allergy-prone users. Its clean, plant-based structure discourages mite accumulation, making it an excellent choice for bedding, babywear, and skin-contact textiles.

Bio-Based Fiber Sourcing & Engineering
We use 100% non-food plant waste to create PLA fiber with enhanced skin compatibility and comfort. Our patented formulation and controlled polymerization process ensure stable fiber structure, softness, and performance.

Our research focuses on adjusting molecular weight distribution and crystallinity to improve spinnability, mechanical strength, and thermal stability. We optimize fiber cross-section profiles for better air permeability and moisture control, making them ideal for next-to-skin applications such as underwear, babywear, and medical textiles.
Smart Traceability System
Each fabric is equipped with NFC/RFID tags — NFC enables item-level tracking for consumer interaction, while RFID supports large-scale logistical control. All data is anchored with blockchain, ensuring authenticity and traceable carbon footprint.

We’ve developed a cloud-based lifecycle data platform that connects all traceability nodes — from raw material sourcing, manufacturing, retail, to end-of-life recycling. This allows brands to visualize and communicate sustainability data with consumers and meet global regulations such as ISO 14067 and the EU CBAM mechanism.
Dual-Path Regeneration
VÉLOISE™ supports both physical (fiber-to-fiber) and chemical (monomer-to-monomer) recycling. This enables high-purity material recovery and lays the groundwork for circular production and carbon neutrality.

Our physical recycling process involves mechanical shredding and melt extrusion, transforming pre- and post-consumer waste into high-quality regenerated staple fiber. For chemical recycling, we apply controlled depolymerization to recover lactic acid monomers, ensuring high-purity raw materials that meet even medical-grade requirements.

This dual-path system reduces dependency on virgin materials, cuts down industrial emissions, and supports institutional carbon accounting and offsetting strategies.
